About the role

  • Professional clinical and therapeutic support and consultation for oncologists in hospitals and outpatient settings
  • Analyze and evaluate available market data, e.g., by conducting market and potential analyses
  • Consistent implementation of company strategy and execution of measures to ensure target achievement
  • Development of account plans and responsible management of the allocated budget
  • Close coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Development of innovative medical education/continuing-education concepts that address current customer needs

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a natural science, or equivalent qualification, or certified pharmaceutical representative
  • Several years of field/sales experience supporting specialists and experience in the oncology indication or in other specialty care areas
  • Solid product, market and customer knowledge, as well as an understanding of health policy contexts
  • Confident presence with persuasive ability and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, high motivation and initiative
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
