About the role

  • Influence and provide scientific-level support to specialist physicians in hospitals and in outpatient practice
  • Provide comprehensive therapeutic advice on indications including severe asthma and CRSwNP (chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps)
  • Analyze and evaluate available market data
  • Consistently implement company strategy and develop target-group-specific measures
  • Create account plans and use the allocated budget purposefully and efficiently
  • Work closely with First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaisons and Marketing
  • Develop and deliver innovative continuing education concepts
  • Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or a natural science, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
  • Several years of experience supporting specialist physicians in hospitals and private practice
  • Expertise in respiratory therapy areas or other specialty-care fields (e.g., rheumatology)
  • In-depth knowledge of products, market structures and customer requirements
  • Proven experience in account management and strategic customer development
  • Strong team skills, excellent communication and confident presence
  • High flexibility, willingness to travel and an independent working style
  • Very good MS Office skills, fluent German and good English
