About the role
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
- Effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals
- Function independently with sales proficiency
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet expectations
- Partner with District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director for strategy
- Provide special education to healthcare providers
- Work with Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists around common objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A driver’s license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of the medical, healthcare or pharmacy industry
- Prior sales experience (preferably within Respiratory therapeutic areas)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership
- Exemplified judgment and decision-making capability
- Results-oriented with demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
