About the role
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for combination products
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting for design development
- Manage relationships with key device suppliers
- Oversee sourcing for analytical testing services
- Establish and lead supplier governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
Requirements
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in a Multi-National GMP sourcing & external manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership in sourcing, procurement, negotiation, and contracting
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory requirements in Biotech/Pharma
- Proven project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business, Procurement or equivalent
