About the role
- Provide quality and compliance advice
- Plan and implement quality management activities
- Design and implement local quality management activities
- Advise on AZ procedural framework
- Drive optimization of CQM helpdesk
- Develop, publish, train, and maintain Local Procedural Documents
- Act as QA contact for audit strategy
- Advise on audit and inspection findings
- Lead trend analysis and local training programs
- Manage clinical compliance management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience in R&D Clinical Operations or related fields
- 2 years experience in clinical quality management or equivalent
- Solid knowledge in China GCP inspections
- Good knowledge of Study Management, site management & monitoring, and local regulations
- Fluent spoken and written English
