About the role
- Launch of an innovative product on the German market
- Intensive management of hospital accounts and scientific/therapeutic consultation for relevant specialist groups, including Pediatrics/Neonatology
- Customer profiling: analysis and evaluation of available market data, e.g., conducting market and potential analyses and identifying market opportunities
- Implementation of brand and company strategy as well as design and execution of measures (innovative training and education concepts & individual projects) to ensure target achievement
- Creating and maintaining account plans and responsible use of the available budget in close coordination with management and colleagues from our co-promotion partner
- Implementation of account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes
- Close coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our co-promotion partner (Sales, Medical & Marketing) regarding stakeholder insights and information to optimize marketing, sales, and medical activities
- Participation in congresses, sponsorships and events
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a natural science, or a comparable qualification, or certified pharmaceutical representative
- Several years of field-based experience supporting specialists in hospitals and private practice
- Experience in Pediatrics/Neonatology, another specialty care area, or in vaccines is desirable
- Knowledge of health policy contexts
- Confident demeanor with persuasiveness and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation, high motivation and self-initiative
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Veeva
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
