About the role
- Provide therapeutic support and specialist consultation to oncologists and other medical specialists
- Prepare analyses and evaluations of market data
- Create account plans and take responsibility for budget management
- Implement account strategies and plans
- Develop innovative continuing education concepts
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events
- Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders through stakeholder insights
- Execute the company strategy to achieve targets
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a natural science completed successfully
- Field sales experience in supporting medical specialists
- Experience in oncology or other specialty care areas
- Product, market and customer knowledge or willingness to acquire it
- Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
- Proficient in MS Office, common project management tools and CRM systems
- Fluent (business proficiency) German and English, both written and spoken
