About the role
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional study team of experts.
- Ensure clinical study progress as planned.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Be the primary AZ contact for the CRO Project Manager.
- Develop essential study level documents.
- Oversee study level performance and communicate risks.
- Ensure TMF completion and company-wide governance compliance.
- Manage study budget and provide progress reports.
- Ensure inspection-readiness at all times.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- University degree (or equivalent), preferably in medical or biological sciences.
- 7 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 2 years project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
- Solid project management skills.
- Strong abilities/skills in team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
