Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in demonstrated independent facilitation across enterprise audiences. Learning and development and instructional design skills preferred.
- Experience designing or delivering training in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus).
- CPTD: Certified Professional in Talent Development (formerly CPLP) preferred.
- CPTM: Certified Professional in Training Management preferred.
- Strong facilitation presence & demonstrated ability to develop into an engaging facilitator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Benefits
- Candidate may work from Orange, Monterey Park or Alhambra offices, with a hybrid schedule of days onsite.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% to clinics and offices (As needed for training sessions and preparation).
