  • AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Proactively identify new sourcing channels.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Ownership: Take full accountability for the employee lifecycle, from identifying initial team needs with managers to executing a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Cultivate "Solution-Seekers": Foster a culture where team members take extreme ownership.
  • Drive clear, concise, and constructive communication channels across the company.
  • Establish a highly rational, transparent, and data-driven compensation framework.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience or deep interest in leveraging AI tools for automation (e.g., automated screening, AI scheduling, or process workflows).
  • Advanced analytical skills for compensation and talent data modeling.
  • A proactive self-starter who "gets stuff done", takes full ownership of outcomes, and views failures purely as data points to learn from.
  • An excellent communicator and influencer with high EQ.
