Program Manager

• Own day-to-day execution of SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 readiness and audit cycles.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, risk assessments, control narratives, and supporting documentation that meet auditor expectations and scale with the business.
• Map controls across SOC, ISO, PCI, and NIST frameworks to identify overlap, gaps, automation opportunities, and control maturity improvements.
• Facilitate risk assessments for systems, vendors, products, and business initiatives. Maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and executive reporting on residual risk.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into practical technical controls across cloud infrastructure, SDLC, access management, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage vendor security reviews, questionnaires, evidence validation, risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring for critical third parties and partners.
• Support customer security reviews, security questionnaires, and trust documentation that enable enterprise sales and bank partnerships.
• Help build scalable compliance workflows, tooling, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve evidence quality as Astra grows.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting on audit status, control health, remediation progress, and risk posture for leadership.

GRC Program Manager

Technical Account Manager

• Manage and provide technical guidance to clients through their lifetime as Astra partners; quickly resolve critical technical issues for your accounts; quarterback multi-departmental efforts to resolve complicated issues in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with the Integrations team to support onboarding of new customers, helping them configure and validate integrations.
• Contribute to Astra’s knowledge base by writing and improving technical documentation, FAQs, and guides to streamline customer self-service.
• Collaborate with the Integrations and Engineering teams on new product solutions, providing feedback from customer interactions and assisting with testing and validation.
• Investigate issues and other technical environments, identifying root causes and escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the integration and engineering teams, translating technical details into clear, actionable communication.
• Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies and onboard our customers more quickly and effectively.

Senior Technical Account Manager

Operations

• Own end-to-end reconciliation across all Astra rails: Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, RTP, FedNow, ACH, and stablecoin
• Build and maintain daily/intraday settlement processes that catch breaks early and resolve them fast
• Partner with Engineering to automate reconciliation pipelines -- reducing manual toil, not just documenting it
• Establish clear exception workflows: categorize, route, escalate, and close breaks within defined SLAs
• Own the source-of-truth ledger that Finance, Product, and Banking partners can rely on
• Design and operate the monitoring layer for transaction health: success rates, latency, return codes, and anomalies by rail
• Build alerting that surfaces edge cases -- stuck transactions, unexpected return codes, settlement gaps -- before clients feel them
• Partner closely with Engineering to instrument observability, write runbooks, and build self-healing automation where it makes sense
• Own post-mortems on operational failures: root cause, remediation, and preventing recurrence
• Track and report on operational KPIs weekly: settlement break rates, dispute win rates, mean time to resolve
• Own the full dispute lifecycle across card network and ACH rails: intake, evidence compilation, submission, and outcome tracking
• Build and maintain a dispute calendar that ensures no response deadline is missed across Visa, Mastercard, and NACHA
• Manage the evidence workflow in coordination with clients and the Customer Success team
• Track dispute rates by client, rail, and transaction type -- and surface patterns that indicate upstream product or onboarding issues
• Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for Astra's banking partners across settlement, funding, and exception handling
• Own the operational relationship with card networks (Visa Direct, Mastercard Move) and RTP/FedNow operators
• Coordinate with Compliance on NACHA rule adherence, return rate thresholds, and network reporting requirements
• Surface partner-level issues -- degraded rails, delayed settlements, network outages -- and manage communications internally

Payment Operations Manager

Product Manager

• Define and maintain Astra's API contract philosophy – versioning strategy, backwards compatibility standards, deprecation policies, and schema design principles
• Write detailed platform specs that engineering can ship from: precise, edge-case-aware, and grounded in how real customers build
• Own the platform roadmap – balancing foundational investments (auth, observability, extensibility) against customer-facing features and reliability work
• Conduct technical discovery with Astra's most sophisticated customers to identify platform gaps and extensibility needs
• Partner with engineering to review API design, maintain developer ergonomics standards, and hold the bar on platform quality
• Work with solutions and implementation teams to understand where customers get stuck, break, or build workarounds – and translate that into platform requirements
• Drive the developer experience roadmap in partnership with docs, solutions engineering, and DevRel functions as they mature
• Represent platform strategy in customer conversations, partnership discussions, and technical due diligence processes

Product Lead – Platform

• End-to-end product ownership of Astra's payments rails – Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, RTP, FedNow, ACH, and stablecoin – from API contract through settlement and reconciliation.
• The transaction lifecycle: authorization, clearing, settlement, dispute/chargeback handling, and exception management.
• Developer-facing payments primitives: API design, payload schemas, error surfaces, and webhook contracts that serve sophisticated fintech builders.
• Multi-rail routing logic: how Astra selects, fallbacks, and optimizes across rails based on speed, cost, and risk parameters.
• Payments compliance surface: Reg E implications, network rule adherence (VCR framework, dispute windows), and AML/sanctions workflow integration.
• Rail-specific product strategy and roadmap: identifying capability gaps, emerging network features (e.g., RTP request for payment), and net-new monetization opportunities.
• Close partnership with payment operations and engineering on incident response, degraded-rail scenarios, and SLA commitments.
• Write rigorous PRDs and technical specs for complex payment flows, with explicit handling of edge cases, failure modes, and regulatory constraints.
• Own the product roadmap for your surface area – prioritizing ruthlessly across rail expansions, developer experience improvements, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery with customers and prospects to surface unmet needs in how they move money.
• Partner with engineering to define API contracts, review implementation, and maintain a high bar on developer ergonomics.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal on network rule changes, NACHA updates, and card network bulletins – translating regulatory inputs into product requirements.
• Work with payment operations to define reconciliation requirements, exception-handling workflows, and ops tooling needs.

• Build Release Confidence Systems: Design and implement automated smoke tests and workflow validations for our most important payment flows, and integrate them into CI and release gates
• Improve Environment Fidelity: Make testing and staging behave more like production by improving stability, data hygiene, environment health checks, and repeatable test scenarios
• Develop Test Infrastructure: Build frameworks and harnesses for API and event-driven workflow testing, including partner simulations and contract checks where appropriate
