About the role
- Mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters, driving the successful execution of a comprehensive, data-driven hiring strategy to meet organizational growth objectives.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, spanning entry-level positions through to senior leadership, across assigned global geographies and Astound locations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and consult closely with Astound's global leadership team to facilitate informed decision-making and select the best cultural and skill fit for each role.
- Implement, refine, and champion robust recruitment programs and selection processes to consistently meet the organization's evolving strategic business and talent needs.
- Develop, document, and iterate on standard operating procedures, guidelines, and rules for candidate screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure a fair and consistent candidate experience.
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring timely and accurate entry of all new hire and candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated systems/files.
- Actively contribute to the development, updating, and rollout of new and existing recruitment processes and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, covering both IT and Non-IT roles within a consulting or professional services environment across various business units.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success and hands-on experience in advanced passive sourcing techniques (e.g., utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter) and conducting thorough, competency-based interviews.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: 3+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role managing full cycle recruiting and direct reports
- Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to apply strong Business Acumen, effective Communication, and expert Negotiation skills when engaging with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- ATS Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar ATS
- Market Intelligence & Branding: Proven ability to analyze labor market dynamics, apply this knowledge to develop effective recruitment strategies, and knowledge of various recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset (Preferred): Demonstrated Analytical Thinking and a Strategic, Forward-Thinking approach to talent acquisition.
- Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience recruiting within Salesforce, digital consulting, or agency environments is highly desirable.
- Local to Pune or Ahmedabad, India required.
