• Walk alongside our sellers to build authentic, long-term relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and leadership to ensure Astound is top-of-mind.
• Educate Salesforce’s sales organization on our unique capabilities and success stories.
• Maintain weekly coordination with Salesforce Industry PSMs to uncover opportunities within accounts that align with our solutions.
• Obtain account lists from the focused teams we are working on to align on overlap and opportunities.
• Build your network to reach out and maintain relationships that can support pipeline growth.
• Proactively collaborate with Salesforce PSMs and field teams to identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Focus heavily on breaking into "new logo" accounts through partner-led introductions.
• Assist Client Partner Managers (CPMs) in "digging deep" into existing accounts by leveraging Salesforce’s internal insights and relationships.
• Join sales calls alongside our internal sellers to provide partner-specific context and facilitate smooth introductions to Salesforce counterparts.

Partner Sales Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant frontend architectures using React.js, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Design and implement robust Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers using Node.js or Next.js API routes to aggregate and optimize data from enterprise systems.
• Build reusable, modular UI components from the ground up using atomic design principles, Storybook, and mocking layers to isolate UI logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum server and client-side performance, focusing on core web vitals, data fetching, and multi-tier caching strategies.

Architect

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and persuasive advocate to client stakeholders, confidently articulating complex technical architectures, guiding critical alignment sessions, and translating sophisticated martech concepts into clear, impact-driven narratives for senior management.
• Develop and iteratively refine foundational Technical Design Documents (TDDs) encompassing Data & Identity Architecture, Integration & Eventing Strategy, MAP Operating Models, Consent & Privacy Frameworks, and Segmentation Strategy. You will ensure these documents provide a decision-ready foundation for agile sprints, understanding that downstream feature acceptance constitutes acceptance of your architectural choices.
• Design the target interaction model between Salesforce (Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud) and external digital experience ecosystems (such as Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, RT-CDP, and Target). You will define cross-platform identity alignment, system-of-record hierarchies, and data flow orchestration patterns across the entire martech stack.
• Architect native, high-performance integrations between enterprise data lakes (e.g., Snowflake) and the Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will design zero-copy data sharing models, configure data access to web profiles and engagement history, and align data lake schemas with standard Data Cloud Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Design a unified profile schema capable of supporting millions of active contacts. You will implement deterministic identity resolution to unify customer profiles across disconnected enterprise platforms.
• Operate within a Scaled Agile delivery model by participating in critical Pre-PI (Program Increment) and PI Planning ceremonies. You will work alongside Product Owners and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate high-level strategy into committed features, initialize the architectural runway, and actively resolve cross-team dependencies

• Lead technical discovery workshops and act as the primary technical advisor to clients, influencing their strategic decisions on headless commerce architecture.

• Maintain a consistent billable utilization target by serving as the dedicated Design and Experience Lead for assigned client accounts and projects.
• Directly contribute to and oversee the creation of Experience Strategy artifacts, including research frameworks, content audits, strategic benchmarks, persona development, and journey mapping
• Scale the Experience Strategy practice by leading recruitment, interviewing, and hiring initiatives to grow the department.
• Drive organization-wide growth by spearheading sales initiatives, strategic account reviews, and high-level consulting engagements.
