About the role
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by building and managing a strong, qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
- Establish and develop relationships with key decision-makers, effectively opening doors and positioning the company as a trusted partner from the outset
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: from initial outreach and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Convert new clients into long-term business by delivering value-driven solutions and continuously expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Leverage market insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to refine business development strategies and uncover new growth areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver compelling, commercially sound solutions that support client acquisition and revenue expansion
- Drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and market-facing activities - including industry events and networking - to increase visibility, generate leads, and access new segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English
- Driving license.
