About the role

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by building and managing a strong, qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Establish and develop relationships with key decision-makers, effectively opening doors and positioning the company as a trusted partner from the outset
  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: from initial outreach and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Convert new clients into long-term business by delivering value-driven solutions and continuously expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Leverage market insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to refine business development strategies and uncover new growth areas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver compelling, commercially sound solutions that support client acquisition and revenue expansion
  • Drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and market-facing activities - including industry events and networking - to increase visibility, generate leads, and access new segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Driving license.
