About the role
- Responsible for ensuring the high quality standards of our print products.
- Close collaboration with various departments to continuously improve quality.
- Performing quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
- Identifying quality issues, conducting root cause analyses, and initiating corrective actions.
- Handling complaints.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality policies and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in printing technology, production engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in in-process/factory quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of quality management systems and methods.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent and structured working style.
