Business Performance Analyst – Research
ASTECBusiness Performance Analyst at Asurint responsible for research metrics and assisting management. Collaborating with teams to optimize strategies and report findings for effective screening solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists Research Analysts with problem-solving and internal/external customer issues through roadblocks by providing enhanced reporting as necessary.
- Coordinates and documents analysis processes to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Evaluates department processes and requirements, evaluates alignment with organizational goals to optimize strategies, uncovers areas for improvement using quality trends, tracks trends, reports key findings to Research Management.
- Works directly with Research Management to create and maintain a centralized repository of all Research reporting resources.
- Monitors daily volume and collaborates with Research Management to ensure optimal efficiency and quality metrics are achieved and performance standards are met.
- Prepares reports, statistics, agendas, and activities related to research and clients, including the calculation and reporting of daily efficiency for all team members.
- Maintains a working knowledge of latest organizational processes and IT advancements to automate and/or modernize internal systems.
- Handles confidential information responsibly and with good judgment; communicates with internal and external clients in a friendly but professional manner.
- Manages competing resources and priorities.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading at the functional level is preferred.
- Experience using reporting tools and data sets to analyze and report data is required.
- Experience presenting to internal and external clients on information relevant to client is required.
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
- Experience with background screening is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
- Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Certifications or licensure: If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
- Years of relevant experience: 1 to 3 is preferred.
- Years of experience supervising: None.
