About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and retaining client revenue.
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability of the book of business.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams for timely service delivery.
  • Connect with key business executives to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop account plans detailing relevant information about assigned accounts.
  • Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for clients.
  • Monitor service levels to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Asurint’s products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to onboard and integrate new clients.
  • Prepare and present business reviews to assigned clients.
  • Establish Asurint as a strategic partner to clients.
  • Monitor and report on account health to ensure superior satisfaction.
  • Travel to client locations to resolve issues and present solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a software or BPO account management environment is preferred.
  • Experience managing $3,000,000 or more in client revenue is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to audiences both in-person and virtually is preferred.
  • Experience handling objections and demonstrating negotiation skills is preferred.
  • Experience working with Information Technology development is preferred.
  • Experience working in sales to onboard, retain and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
  • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
  • 2 to 5 years is preferred.
