About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and retaining client revenue.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability of the book of business.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Connect with key business executives to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Develop account plans detailing relevant information about assigned accounts.
- Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for clients.
- Monitor service levels to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Asurint’s products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with teams to onboard and integrate new clients.
- Prepare and present business reviews to assigned clients.
- Establish Asurint as a strategic partner to clients.
- Monitor and report on account health to ensure superior satisfaction.
- Travel to client locations to resolve issues and present solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a software or BPO account management environment is preferred.
- Experience managing $3,000,000 or more in client revenue is preferred.
- Experience presenting to audiences both in-person and virtually is preferred.
- Experience handling objections and demonstrating negotiation skills is preferred.
- Experience working with Information Technology development is preferred.
- Experience working in sales to onboard, retain and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
- Experience with background screening is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
- Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
- Salesforce is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
- 2 to 5 years is preferred.
