Independent Sales Representative – Skincare Sales
Astanza LaserIndependent Skincare Sales Representative supporting the launch of Dermalosophy in the U.S. market.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help introduce Dermalosophy to qualified professional accounts across your territory.
- Identify and develop new Dermalosophy account opportunities within medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, entrepreneurial esthetician businesses and aesthetic practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners.
- Present Dermalosophy’s brand story, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunity in a clear and compelling way.
- Support account onboarding and help practices understand how Dermalosophy can fit into their retail, treatment, and patient-care offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and active accounts.
- Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with Astanza’s internal team when additional clinical, educational, or operational support is needed.
- Represent Astanza and Dermalosophy with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling into the professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness market.
- Existing relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals.
- A strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship-based account development.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Confidence presenting products and business opportunities to professional accounts.
- A polished, professional presence.
- A passion for aesthetics, skincare, education, and helping practices grow.
- Previous experience with professional skincare, aesthetic devices, injectables, practice development, or medical spa sales is strongly preferred.
