About the role
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their defined geographic territory and exceeding assigned revenue expectations representing Astanza’s entire aesthetic laser portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Guide prospective new customers through the sales process efficiently and effectively.
- Create urgency utilizing professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales.
- Negotiate details of sale and manage funding within company policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
- Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
- Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
- High volume lead generation in the field
- Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
