About the role
- Define hiring needs with operational managers;
- Implement the candidate sourcing strategy;
- Manage the entire recruitment process from CV identification to employee onboarding;
- Develop a business partner role with operational teams to create effective collaboration;
- Ensure candidate follow-up (interview reports, debriefs with hiring managers, candidate feedback, etc.);
- Maintain daily reporting in the ATS;
- Be proactive and propose innovative solutions;
- Maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with anticipated needs;
- Contribute to employee retention by ensuring successful integration/onboarding;
- Develop the employer brand (school outreach, managing your LinkedIn network, creating recruitment events, etc.);
- Identify potential and future talent;
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven initial experience in recruitment within an IT services company (ESN), recruitment agency, or engineering firm.
- Ideally familiar with the engineering sector and experienced in recruiting technical profiles (Engineers or Technicians).
- Experienced in direct approaches/headhunting and able to conduct high-quality exchanges with candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, professionalism and responsiveness, enabling you to build close relationships with operational teams and respond effectively to their needs.
- Autonomous, proactive, organized and able to prioritize actions according to business priorities.
