About the role

  • Define hiring needs with operational managers;
  • Implement the candidate sourcing strategy;
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from CV identification to employee onboarding;
  • Develop a business partner role with operational teams to create effective collaboration;
  • Ensure candidate follow-up (interview reports, debriefs with hiring managers, candidate feedback, etc.);
  • Maintain daily reporting in the ATS;
  • Be proactive and propose innovative solutions;
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with anticipated needs;
  • Contribute to employee retention by ensuring successful integration/onboarding;
  • Develop the employer brand (school outreach, managing your LinkedIn network, creating recruitment events, etc.);
  • Identify potential and future talent;

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven initial experience in recruitment within an IT services company (ESN), recruitment agency, or engineering firm.
  • Ideally familiar with the engineering sector and experienced in recruiting technical profiles (Engineers or Technicians).
  • Experienced in direct approaches/headhunting and able to conduct high-quality exchanges with candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, professionalism and responsiveness, enabling you to build close relationships with operational teams and respond effectively to their needs.
  • Autonomous, proactive, organized and able to prioritize actions according to business priorities.
