Support Zoom client meeting features such as meetings, team chats, whiteboard, webinar, cloud recording, AI companion, clips, notes, meeting captions, breakout rooms, and customer-managed key service with AWS.
Support the deployment and management of Zoom Rooms at scale.
Manage SaaS tenant controls and Zoom client settings, including Windows group policies and Intune managed devices (Apple iOS and Windows devices).
Oversee cloud operations for Zoom meeting hybrid nodes hosted in AWS government commercial cloud.
Manage cloud operations relating to RedHat Enterprise Linux AWS instances configured with roles such as Squid proxy, NAT, and NGIX load balancers.
Ensure the documentation and operationalization of operations processes, controls, and technical designs.
Evaluate and work out support processes with the Product Manager for new Zoom feature releases before enabling them for production deployment.
Ensure smooth service delivery and implementation within the business context.
Comply with technical, quality management, and security guidelines and policies.
Manage infrastructure operations and support services to meet agreed service levels.
Propose new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve infrastructure and services.
Plan and support regular compliance and governance activities, such as annual security assessments and regulatory audits.
Manage the incident escalation process with vendors, other infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
Lead regular operations cadences and contribute to product development and enhancements.
Track assets related to service operations and availability.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Team Lead.
Requirements
3-6 years of relevant technical experience in a demanding, agile environment. Prior managerial and leadership responsibilities are an added advantage for more senior roles.
Proven record of successfully delivering high-impact, complex projects while managing risks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong analytical, management, and planning skills.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people at both junior and senior levels.
Proactive, dynamic, and possessing strong analytical/conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management frameworks.
Related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, AWS Associate certification, and Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Engineer are an added advantage.
