Key responsibilities & impact

Design sophisticated 3D illustrations and motion designs across web, marketing, and digital surfaces
Distill abstract technical themes into visual stories, style frames, and storyboards
Build complex procedural Cinema 4D scenes and dynamic motion systems using physics simulations and advanced deformers
Create lighting setups and node-based Redshift shaders for brand assets
Configure multi-pass render outputs and EXR compositing pipelines in After Effects
Define and maintain project templates, lighting rigs, and material libraries
Manage ACES/OCIO color-managed pipelines
Architect and maintain shared material and texture libraries
Partner with designers and engineers to connect creative concepts with performance
Manage the technical pipeline for interactive 3D, including geometry optimization, texture baking, and web asset compression

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over ten years of experience producing world-class 3D visuals in design studios, creative agencies, or in-house brand organizations
Expert command of Cinema 4D and Redshift
Advanced modeling, cinematic lighting, node-based material architecture, and procedural workflows
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and form
Ability to develop visual stories, style frames, and production storyboards
Meticulous attention to detail and passion for high-fidelity brand assets
Experience owning the end-to-end creative cycle from concept and illustration through animation, rendering, and post-production
Experience with X-Particles, Houdini, character rigging, or Python scripting for C4D is highly valued
Familiarity with interactive web 3D tools such as Spline or Three.js is highly valued
