About the role

  • Work across the stack, from backend APIs and infrastructure to frontend interfaces, launching and iterating on core product features.
  • Write and ship production-grade code that balances speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas and feedback into polished, user-centered experiences.
  • Lead and mentor other engineers, sharing knowledge and elevating the team’s technical bar.
  • Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept to mockup to deployment and iteration.
  • Contribute to architecture and process decisions that improve developer velocity and system reliability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience (preferably in SaaS or large-scale web applications).
  • Proven experience designing and building complex, performant, and reliable systems end-to-end.
  • Strong product and design sensibility, you care about user experience and product polish as much as backend scalability.
  • Collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working closely with product, design, and engineering peers.
  • Not required: Specific framework or stack experience. We value adaptability and problem-solving over tools.
