Partner with product and engineering teams to translate claims workflows into ML solutions
Prototype production-ready models and data pipelines
Dive deep on early stage products to scale product market fit
Help shape the data science roadmap and architecture across Assured’s platform

Requirements

Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer with a focus on data science, machine learning, or applied AI
Experience deploying production ML systems
Strong skills in: Python, SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.), and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Spark, etc.)
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Ability to translate real-world business problems into ML solutions
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
Experience building decision systems or automation platforms
