About the role

  • Own ABM strategy & execution; build playbooks, target lists, engagement plans, and multi-touch programs for priority accounts.
  • Run paid media end-to-end; campaign setup, audience building, creative testing, optimization, and reporting (primarily LinkedIn and Google).
  • Partner tightly with Sales, Align on ICPs, messaging, and success criteria; participate in funnel and account reviews; turn insights into next best actions.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel programs; email, website personalization, retargeting, direct mail/light field moments, and executive outreach.
  • Build and manage audience. Use CRM/web data to create retargeting, lookalikes, and account-level segments.
  • Collaborate with content and design to tailor ads and assets for industries, buying committees, and individual accounts.
  • Measure and iterate. Define channel and ABM KPIs, instrument tracking, and deliver clear insights on what’s working and what’s next.

Requirements

  • Experienced working in a B2B growth/demand gen, including hands-on ABM in SaaS or enterprise.
  • Proven success building pipeline with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (from setup to optimization).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar MAP) for workflows, scoring, and campaign ops.
  • Competence with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement and tagging.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales and presenting to executives; strong written storytelling and succinct reporting.
  • Bias for action; you can move from brief → build → launch → learn quickly.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Terminus, Influ2, Propensity). Familiarity with Figma for lightweight creative tweaks. Background marketing to highly regulated industries (insurance/financial services). Understanding of multi-touch attribution and data hygiene across MAP/CRM.
