About the role
- Translate design and briefs into visually stunning 2D/3D motion work across web, marketing campaigns, and more.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion prototypes that align with creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development) to bring static concepts to life through motion.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the smooth integration of motion concepts + design assets into web + video experiences.
- Continuously push creative boundaries with new techniques, trends, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Optimize and establish processes and workflows to ensure smooth-running production operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or 3D visual design (a blend of agency and in-house preferred).
- Background in graphic design is preferred, but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma as well as Cinema 4D, Redshift, or similar 3D tools
- Strong grasp of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with 2D and 3D pipelines, including modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Understanding of brand systems and how motion brings identity to life.
- Experience creating assets optimized for web and digital (e.g., video, Lottie, or interactive 3D).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
