Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least two years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting
  • Solid methodological knowledge in project management (ideally with certifications)
  • Some experience managing small teams
  • Agile project management: knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel and desire to work on-site at client locations
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills, a sense of humour, empathy, and team spirit
