Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least two years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting
- Solid methodological knowledge in project management (ideally with certifications)
- Some experience managing small teams
- Agile project management: knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel and desire to work on-site at client locations
- Curiosity, strong communication skills, a sense of humour, empathy, and team spirit
