About the role

  • You contribute your strengths — acting as the interface between IT, business units, and management, you perform proactive stakeholder management and ensure smooth project communication.
  • You maintain a big-picture perspective — as a generalist you are ready to develop IT and industry expertise and use your ability to think beyond silos.
  • You take responsibility — as a project management expert you find innovative solutions for the successful delivery of our clients' projects and programs across various industries.
  • You design and implement change — as a change agent you advise clients on transformation initiatives such as digital or agile transformation.
  • You stay up to date and share your know-how — in client projects you pass on your knowledge through tailored, practical training and thus contribute to project success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with at least two years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting.
  • You have solid methodological knowledge in project management (ideally with certifications) and initial experience leading small teams.
  • Agile project management approaches such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe are familiar to you.
  • You have a personable and persuasive presence.
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and a proactive working style are among your strengths.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are willing to travel and happy to work on-site at client locations.
  • You are curious, communicative, humorous, empathetic and passionate about working in a team.
