About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an inventory of property claims and evaluate coverage and damages
  • Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy, best practices, and state regulations
  • Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, and third parties throughout the claims process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience supporting both CAT and daily claims
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate and enter data on multiple screens
  • P&C Adjuster license required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Proven organizational and multitasking ability
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
