Process insurance documents accurately and timely to ensure proper coverage for homeowners and client satisfaction
Identify policy types and determine appropriate actions, including PUD, Townhome, Flood, and Wind policies
Update client databases to meet regulatory obligations
Make timely premium payments from established escrow accounts to ensure continuous coverage
Manage multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents and carriers to verify information, update statuses, and meet deadlines and requirements
Address questions, concerns, and suggestions in a timely and appropriate manner
Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork
Ensure smooth handoffs of incoming and outgoing work
Communicate status updates and escalate issues and opportunities appropriately

Banking, finance, mortgage lending experience
