About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle high volume inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients
  • Provide guidance and support for insurance needs
  • Resolve inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims
  • Process and issue insurance documents, including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors
  • Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
