About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the scoping, construction, consolidation, and maintenance of Management Information Dashboards and Static Reporting for Internal and External Clients.
- Work in partnership with Key Stakeholders to understand the reporting requirements.
- Lead monthly meetings with key stakeholders to share progress and project plans.
- Ensure reporting deadlines and Client SLA agreements are adhered to and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with internal IT Departments in relation to data sources/connections and relevant data tables from controlled IT environments.
- Build and develop interactive and accessible MI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the fields of insurance, analytics and reporting
- Expert in visualization techniques
- Broad in visual story telling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, building, integrating and managing databases, creating data models, especially within the Power BI stack, understanding of business needs and processes.
- Experienced in Power BI, Excel, SSRS and Tableau
- Broad in SharePoint, PowerApps, MSFlow, SQL and/or SAS.
- Broad in effective and compelling communication to technical and non-technical departments.
