About the role
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve technology infrastructure, workflows, and data supporting enterprise learning, performance and talent management teams
- Provide process, data, and systems governance and translate business needs into system requirements and user experience
- Categorize and manage daily inquiries/tickets received by the Talent Tech team and resolve employee queries within SLA’s
- Troubleshoot course completion issues and resolve course playback errors; manage user access, password resets, and account terminations
- Manage requests for enrolment & removal of courses and build/maintain courses, instructor-led offerings, and virtual learning curriculums
- Upload and test new content in the LMS across supported devices and review/approve courses from LMS 'Restricted Admins'
- Create and deploy learning campaigns (Risk & Compliance, Talent & Operations) and manage learning content for new hire employees
- Conduct periodic reviews to audit and clean up the content library
- Fulfil ad-hoc report requests for stakeholders and auditors; identify opportunities to improve or create reports
- Provide consultation for Learning Technology business requests and collaborate with M&A teams to integrate training for new acquisitions
- Train and support Learning Restricted Admins (LRAs) and Facilitators; participate in deployment planning and meetings with Compliance & Vendors
- Review and update process documents, job aids, and reference guides; test LMS release updates and communicate changes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to Learning Technology processes, including use of AI & automation
- Support operational execution of Performance Review and Goal Setting cycles: system configuration, template management, reporting, coordination with HR
- Manage configuration and execution of Talent Calibration and Succession Planning processes in Workday, including event setup, security assignments, data updates, and stakeholder support
Requirements
- Overall Work Experience: 2+ Years
- 2+ years’ experience within a Talent Management function supporting performance management and talent processes in Workday including configuration
- 2+ years working in a HR function supporting learning with working knowledge and experience of Workday’s Learning Management System
- Experience with LMS administration and account management (user access, password resets, account terminations)
- Experience troubleshooting course completion and playback issues
- Experience building and maintaining courses, instructor-led offerings, and virtual learning curriculums
- Experience creating and deploying learning campaigns and managing learning content for new hires
- Experience fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and improving/creating reports (Workday reporting)
- Ability to translate business and programmatic needs into system requirements and user workflows
- Process, data, and systems governance experience
- Measurement and metrics analysis (Metrics-Minded)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including working across global teams
- Experience supporting M&A training integration
- Ability to train and support Learning Restricted Admins and Facilitators
- Documentation and process improvement experience, including testing LMS release updates
- Familiarity with Talent Calibration, Succession Planning, event setup, security assignments, and data updates in Workday
