About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all new ISPs
Directly responsible for closing gaps in our network
Set up and maintain service provider profiles
Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data
Support the RSM with daily tasks
Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets
Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing
Assist with service locating in their assigned region

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or higher
1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
Strong multitasking skills
Elevated verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced analytical and organizational skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products
