About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both consumer and B2B audiences for your clients
- Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to optimize and improve program performance and help retain and grow our client partnerships
- Lead with a consumer-first mindset, building marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty across the full customer life cycle
- Translate business goals into clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with real people
- Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for accounts - turning business objectives into effective marketing strategies, creative direction, and campaign briefs that drive results
- Confidently bring go-to-market strategies to life, using proven tools and frameworks while adapting approaches to meet unique audience needs
- Develop and execute data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies that connect digital, retail, and partner experiences into a seamless customer journey
- Use insights, testing, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, improving conversion, engagement, and lifetime value
- Ensure every touchpoint meets a high bar for quality, compliance, and brand integrity, with clarity and consistency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics
- A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution
- Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaign in the Retail-OEM industry
- 10+ years’ relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics (helpful)
- 4+ years’ product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support (helpful)
- Proven experience in customer, client and market research
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
