About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate LCGA operational workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Use established methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and industry best practices
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to document current processes
- Create and maintain workflow documentation detailing both current and recommended states
- Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement initiatives
- Oversees the maintenance and optimization of LCGA’s business process systems
- Gather, analyze and document system requirements
- Execute comprehensive testing of system configurations
- Provide technical assistance to underlying business needs from ambiguous requests
- Diagnosing, investigating, and resolving issues in production and testing environments
- Leads or supports LCGA-focused improvement projects
- Conducts post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes
