About the role
- Responsible for executive escalations and incident management program
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns across multiple channels
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Communicate with customers related to escalated concerns on public platforms
- Propose settlement agreements
- Track and log issues in multiple tracking systems
- Draft written correspondence and review with leadership before responding
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
- 2+ years in business writing
- 2+ years in Consumer Relations and/or team lead experience
- ACA License within 90 days of hire
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
