About the role

  • Responsible for executive escalations and incident management program
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns across multiple channels
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Communicate with customers related to escalated concerns on public platforms
  • Propose settlement agreements
  • Track and log issues in multiple tracking systems
  • Draft written correspondence and review with leadership before responding

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
  • 2+ years in business writing
  • 2+ years in Consumer Relations and/or team lead experience
  • ACA License within 90 days of hire
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Applications
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
