About the role
- Coordinate and execute customer communication campaigns across print and digital channels, ensuring quality, compliance, and on time delivery.
- Manage internal and external vendor relationships, including scheduling, updates, issue resolution, and negotiations.
- Oversee campaign implementation—from data processing and verification to production and delivery—while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and maintain marketing collateral, conduct audits, and support IT tasks such as data mapping and resolving transmission issues.
- Analyze and support strategies to increase digital opt‑ins (eConsent) and review vendor invoices for accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate experience in a production, or project coordination role within Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and maintain accuracy in a high‑volume environment.
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
