About the role
- Develop and deliver compelling content that reflects the company’s culture and priorities
- Lead the planning and execution of bi-weekly all-employee email update
- Manage the content pipeline and collaborate with internal teams
- Support content development across platforms such as intranet and video
- Provide tactical support to Global Communications team using AI-powered tools and metrics to optimize content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in corporate communications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications or related field for a large, preferably global organization
- Proven writing / storytelling expertise
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Copilot
- Experience with AI tools and resources
- Experience partnering with Marketing and Creative Services to create internal campaigns.
- Experience partnering with Social Media team to make strategic decisions about deploying internal messaging externally, where appropriate.
