- Serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization
- Provides expert guidance and counsel on internal communications initiatives
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop, refine, and deliver impactful communications projects
- Tracks, analyzes and reports metrics to refine communications activities
- Develops technical proficiency in using communications tools and channels in both conventional and creative ways

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in corporate communications
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications for a large, global organization
- Strategic thinker
- Operational mindset
- Technical proficiency with communications tools
- Experience using AI tools, especially for communications projects
- Proven writing/storytelling expertise
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative flair
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Copilot.
