About the role
- Investigate, coordinate, and provide timely responses to regulatory complaints (DOI, attorney general) and consumer services (BBB)
- Assist in analyzing new regulatory requirements and create recommendations for required changes
- Distribute regulatory and compliance information internally and serve as a resource for the claims department on compliance matters
- Prompt completion of anti-fraud audits as needed
- Assist in production of documentation for client audits or state exams
- Summarize claims events clearly and accurately in writing
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the claims process in a P&C environment
- Basic office computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office & Excel
- P&C Adjuster license
- Highly collaborative and able to exercise influence
- Excellent organization and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Critical thinking skills
