About the role
- Supports the adoption and execution of the Scrum framework within project teams.
- Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Acts as a liaison between Scrum teams, product management, and stakeholders.
- Monitors project performance, quality, and delivery speed.
- Provides timely updates to stakeholders and identifies impediments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, structure, and ceremonies in the context of software development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Basic knowledge of Agile practices, including retrospectives, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and burn-down charts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence without formal authority.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Preferred: Scrum certification, a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of SAFE Methodology.
