About the role
- Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and integration of Guidewire Claims Center.
- Manage the customization and configuration of Guidewire Policy Center & Produce Engage to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with business users, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the Guidewire Claims Center through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire Policy Center/Producer Engage issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy center and Producer Engage Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Custom Development and Testing Frameworks
- 5+ years of Java / GOSU programming
- 2+ years of Guidewire cloud or v10 experience
- 3+ years of proven management experience in leading software development teams and managing projects
- Guidewire ACE Certification in Claims Center
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance industry standards and practices
- Experience in Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies and processes
