About the role
- Promote Heavy Trucking products and services to equipment dealers and OEMs.
- Conduct training for F&I managers, sales teams, and dealer principals.
- Drive adoption of online quoting tools and provide ongoing post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare monthly reports and communicate with dealer partners.
- Provide performance feedback and insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in sales or business development within the trucking industry with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing customer relationships
- Experience with finance & insurance products (e.g., service contracts, warranties)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
