About the role

  • Promote Heavy Trucking products and services to equipment dealers and OEMs.
  • Conduct training for F&I managers, sales teams, and dealer principals.
  • Drive adoption of online quoting tools and provide ongoing post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present tailored proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare monthly reports and communicate with dealer partners.
  • Provide performance feedback and insights to leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in sales or business development within the trucking industry with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing customer relationships
  • Experience with finance & insurance products (e.g., service contracts, warranties)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
