About the role
- Interviewing and making sound offer decisions
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
- Work with hiring managers to forecast and determine open positions
- Source and recruit applicants using various methods including social media and community agencies
- Manage resume flow and candidate communications
- Complete and distribute weekly reports on position vacancies and sourcing activities
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of full cycle high volume recruitment experience
- 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 1+ years of interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
