About the role
- Supporting the Corporate Law Department with activities relating to SEC filings.
- Managing processes relating to the proxy statement filing.
- Supporting various Corporate Law Department projects, policies, and processes.
- Drafting compensation & benefits plans and presentations.
- Serving as a resource to the Corporate Legal team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, legal administration certification, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or legal administrator.
- Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., Workiva, EDGAR Next, Intelligize experience is a plus).
- Experience leading complex projects requiring collaboration with various functional areas.
