About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation
- Own team metrics including meetings booked, pipeline created, and SQO volume and quality
- Build and iterate on outbound sequences, messaging playbooks, and prospecting workflows
- Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and team trainings to continuously raise the bar on performance
- Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and tight feedback loops on lead quality
- Work with RevOps to maintain accurate reporting and forecasting across the SDR funnel
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand-gen campaigns, events, and content that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure SDR follow-up is fast and consistent
- Hire, ramp, and retain SDR talent — building a team culture that's high-performing and resilient
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with time as a top-performing SDR or AE
- 1–2 years of people management experience leading an SDR or inside sales team
- A coaching-first mindset — you get energy from developing people, not just hitting numbers yourself
- Strong command of outbound fundamentals: sequencing, messaging, personalization, and pipeline hygiene
- Comfort with data — you know how to read a funnel, diagnose problems, and make decisions from metrics
- A bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
