About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory, targeting decision-makers ranging from practice managers to C-suite healthcare executives (CIO, CMO, VP of Operations) depending on deal size
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts to craft personalized, relevant outreach that speaks to the operational pain points of healthcare call centers
- Qualify inbound leads when they arise, and efficiently move prospects through the top of funnel
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, share field intelligence, and contribute to campaign strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
- Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset — we're still early, and you'll help shape how we do things
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sequencing platforms
- Experience selling into healthcare is a plus, but not required
