Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate implementation projects across engineering teams and key stakeholders
Create clear processes for planning, tracking, and executing implementation work
Partner with operations to ensure smooth delivery of agent implementation initiatives
Track progress across workstreams and help keep teams aligned on priorities
Improve visibility and organization across engineering initiatives
Support internal engineering operations such as recurring meetings, handoffs, and planning processes
Help identify operational gaps and build systems that improve how teams collaborate and deliver work

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in technical program management, consulting, product operations, or a similar operational role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple teams
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving environments
Experience improving processes or building operational systems
Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams
Nice to have: Background in computer science, engineering, or a technical field
Exposure to startup or fast-growing product environments
Familiarity with healthcare or agent-based technology environments
Experience using project management tools such as Linear or similar systems
