About the role
- Collaborate with the consultants to implement and evaluate the 2024-2025 fundraising plan
- Lead the execution of fundraising campaigns, including annual appeals, major gifts, and scholarships
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Manage the ICF Foundation Scholarship program
- Develop and implement donor engagement plans to enhance retention and increase giving
- Oversee donor communications
- Maintain accurate donor records and track engagement metrics using CRM tools
- Produce reports for the Board of Trustees
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development leadership in a non-profit organization
- CFRE credential strongly preferred
- Strong technical skills, including experience with donor management/CRM platforms, wealth screening software, data reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
